How Your Transit Flows

  1. T-72 to T-48 h: Receive voyage plan & cargo details; confirm data set, pre-notify authorities/VTS.
  2. T-24 h: Verify queue outlook, pilot/tug readiness, anchorage plan; share master’s checklist.
  3. Approach: Live monitoring of traffic, currents & visibility; final timing and boarding arrangements.
  4. Passage: Orchestrate pilot exchange, tug attendance (if any), reporting, and compliance paperwork.
  5. Aftercare: Post-transit formalities, time-loss reporting, invoices & documents, next-port coordination.
